Can I cancel the order?
The order could be canceled before the shipment, and you will get a full refund without any service charges. If the goods have been shipped, it is not allowed to cancel the order.
Returns:
In the event of goods requiring to be returned please follow the returns procedure to cause the minimum inconvenience for you.
No reasons to return
We promise no reason to return goods within 15 days from the date you receive the goods, to be eligible for a return, the items must be unused and please keep the original package to make sure the items are in the same condition as you received them. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The refund will be arranged within 48 hours after we receive the items and check that there’s no issue. Customers shall bear the return shipping costs by themselves
Suspected Faulty Item
Please submit a return request within the product warranty period(from the date of purchase), we will contact you for more information within 24 hours.
All products when received shall be inspected for faults/damage by our Technical Team, If the product is found to be faulty, a replacement shall be sent within 3-5 working days from the date received. The shipping fee incurred for the return will be returned to your account in a manner acceptable to you.
Warranty and maintenance
We promise that the warranty period of each switch is 2 years. If the parts are damaged due to non-artificial parts within two years, we will send the parts for free but will not bear the freight. We can also provide free repair service, but the round-trip courier fee will be borne by the customer.
Missing or incorrect
If the items you received do not match the description you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours
we cannot be responsible for products lost in the post and a max postage refund of $5 will apply at our discretion.
